The project is located in the heart of urban Malmö with neighbouring buildings such as the major cultural venue of Malmö Live, an office building and another housing block.
The housing block has different heights of 5, 8, and fourteen storeys for most units to get a view of the canal and nearby Library Park. The upper storeys have views to the Øresund.
Units receive daylight from two sides
The flats are deep but receive daylight from two sides. Balconies are niches in the building volume
The courtyard is sheltered by traffic noise
The 86 units comply with passive house standard
