We have won the competition for Non-ProfitHousing+ (AlmenBolig+) to be built in Valby and Hillerød. AlmenBolig+ is a new type of not for profit affordable housing commissioned and managed by the tenant owned non-profit housing manager KAB.
On team with BM Byggeindustri, HaCaFrø-Tyréns and Dansk Energimanagement & Esbensen we have won the competition for a new generation of non-profit+ housing (AlmenBolig+)
The houses are to be built in Valby near Copenhagen and in Hillerød in north-western Zealand. 130 homes are in the pipeline to be built with options to build another estimated 500 homes. The homes will be up to four storeys and a maximum of 115 m2. The price of a basic building system is set to be 8,600,- DKK/m2 of area eligible for support under the public regulations of non-profit housing.
