Together with the housing association VIBO, the development company By & Havn, and Kuben Management A/S, we will create a residential area where community, sustainability, and architectural quality go hand in hand.

The construction will be built in wood with bio-based and recycled materials, with green energy solutions such as solar panels and battery systems, and where the community among the residents and with the surrounding urban environment is central.

“Our construction takes the good social qualities we know from close, low-rise communal living and brings them into the city, in the form of a vertical village environment. At the same time, nature has been drawn right into the development and made into a central focal point.
