The city council will join the machine room and local property owners and investors are invited to take part in the strategic work. The task will be to develop specific prospects for a series of interesting investment opportunities that joins market with architectural quality. Everything will take place in a parallel process with E+N Architects who have won a similar bid for at task regarding transformation.

In collaboration with selected local developers, the potential for dwellings as well as tourism will be unfolded i terms of investment potential and market situation for selected properties. It is the intention that the two teams will motivate, inspire and develop agile responses to the ambition for Tønder Center to connect quality and marked in an open space with the politicians in the middle.
