21 February 2017Building more high-quality social housing in Valby
Together with Dominia we have won the assignment to build 50 non-profit family homes and 14 student apartments at Grønttorvet for the clients, non-profit housing administrators SAB and AKB for KAB and the Parent Foundation (ForældreFonden).
The project includes 6.450 m² non-profit family homes built as multi storey complex in Grønttorvet in Valby. 10% will be small cheap homes at a maximum rent of 3.200 DKK per month.
The apartments will adjoin 14 new student apartments (ca. 1.260 m²) for the Parent Foundation (Forældrefonden – FFO). This is part of the assignment as well.
Dominia and Vandkunsten Architects have won the bid as advisor. We look forward to get started building in the same neighborhood where we are currently building the latest generation of Non-Profit+ houses (AlmenBolig+5)
