We will design another shared housing project in Køge. This time for seniors 50+. It has been estimated that 80.000+ seniors dream of living together, yet there are limited adequate facilities for this lifestyle. That is why we are thrilled to have been invited to design units for seniors
The PensionDenmark Pension Fund has selected contractors Enemærke & Petersen, Orbicon as engineers, and Jord•Miljø for ground investigations and polution control.
The Realdania Foundation supports the project as they aim to support senior shared housing.
The project will be built in Køge on a wonderful location in the new plan and close to town.
