In Building Groups future home owners unite to achieve more freedom in the design and construction of their future home. Vandkunsten Architects will design the homes of the building groups forming now in the Køge Kyst neighborhood
Above could be the look of future homes built by Building Groups in Køge Kyst – a new part of town. The organization of Building Groups originate in Germany where there is extensive experience in several cities with ‘Baugruppen’ that unite to achieve several benefits.
- Have a bigger say in the design of your home – in close collaboration with the architects (Vandkunsten).
- Get to live with people who share your values on living and community.
- Save a substantial cut that would ordinarily go to the developer.
- The city become more diverse when more particular needs are met.
Building Groups are now forming in the new neighborhood of Køge Kyst.
